What HUDDLE is, and how it works
start hereHUDDLE is a business referral group for owners across Connecticut. Members get to know and trust each other, then send each other clients. Its website, huddle.business, runs the group: every member manages their own profile, and every referral is tracked from the first introduction to closed business.
Four shorts, cut from the tour
vertical · for Reels, Shorts and LinkedInNine stories, one referral each
about a minute each · two cutsEach story follows one referral from the first conversation to the finished job, in a widescreen cut for websites and YouTube and a vertical cut for phones.
One Introduction. One New Home.
Theo meets the Bennetts over coffee and sends them to Priya. Within weeks they have the keys to their first home.
Wherever Tuesday Finds You
Tuesday, 8:30 in the morning. Priya joins from her car, Theo from his kitchen table, Owen from his office.
One Move. Five Members.
The Delaneys sell, finance, insure, move and decorate, all through five members who already trust each other.
After the Keys
The Bennetts close on their home, get it insured, and with a baby on the way, finally write a will.
Under a Sunny Roof
At a policy review, Bethany notices Denise's sunny roof and sends her to Caleb, the group's solar consultant, whose state license number is right there on his HUDDLE profile.
Is Your Seat Still Open?
The Tuesday meeting fills tile by tile, one industry at a time, until the camera finds the one seat still open.
The Hour That Pays All Week
Tuesday, 9:31 AM. Noelle sends a client to Owen before the meeting has gone cold, and by Friday the client's website is live.
Kenji Teaches Kicks. Nora Fixes Backs.
One of Kenji's students keeps rubbing a stiff back after class, so Kenji refers him to Dr. Nora, and keeps his name private.
Your First Tuesday
Tessa, a landscape designer, visits as a guest: welcomed by name, introductions on the timer, and a referral passed in under a minute.
Meet the cast
18 charactersEvery person on screen is a cast member with one face, one business and one role, and they look the same in every video they appear in. That consistency is what turns separate videos into a series viewers recognize. All are fictional, and a real business owner or team member can join the cast, with their permission.

One video, many jobs
one shoot, a year of contentA video like these doesn't do one job and retire. The same footage keeps working.
- Recut it.Trim a two-minute story to 60, 30 or 15 seconds, or a six-second teaser for ads.
- Resend it with a new message.Same video, new headline and caption for a new season, offer or audience.
- Reshape it.Widescreen, vertical and square, so one video fits everywhere from YouTube to Reels.
- Swap the ending.Update the closing call to action, such as an event date or a promotion, without reshooting.
- Pull stills from it.Thumbnails, social images, email headers, flyers and presentation slides, all from the same frames.
- Turn the script into words. The narration becomes a blog post, LinkedIn article, FAQ or case study.
- Put it in front of people.A trade-show or lobby loop, a waiting-room screen, a meeting opener, or a QR code on printed materials.
- Use it to sell and train.Send a prospect the story that matches their situation, and use the same videos to onboard new staff and customers.
- Reach more people.Captions for viewers watching with the sound off, and subtitles in other languages.
Who do you know that's due for a light‑bulb moment?
Introduce Paul to a business owner who'd shine with a promotion like this, and he'll create a Light Bulb Report: Ideas to Consider, made just for their business. It goes well beyond video: a complete overview of the company, its website and marketing, its business goals, and how it stacks up against the competition.
